Shirwyn Weber is a career Executive Assistant with over 15 years’ experience working within various sectors of the economy. Currently residing in the United Kingdom, he started his admin career as an administrative assistant at a small investment company in Cape Town. Shirwyn has over the last decade built up his experience assisting many C-Level execs be the best they can be with his partnership. An active member of the admin community, Shirwyn has voiced his support on numerous occasions for the profession, especially working towards inclusion within the profession and that of more male assistants to join in and be seen.
A winner of many awards within the profession, most notably the only male to ever win South Africa’s PA of the Year, he is passionate about this profession and loves to engage, elevate and motivate others to be the best versions of themselves every day. An avid networker, having seen the importance of what networking can do for your career, he believes in the saying that your “network is your net worth.”
During this session we will get to know Shirwyn a bit better, understanding how his career evolved and what, how and where he made decisions that would allow him to be where he is today, looking at the lessons learnt, the definitive moments in his career and how others can make the move to be a more trusted, involved and motivated partner to their executive.
