Sashai is the Social Impact coordinator at Marsh, Sandton South Africa, where she started as an Executive Assistant 3 years ago.

She is grateful to those who saw potential in her to be an EA, and to be further nominated for the 2022 PANSA Awards (and awarded the Pertunia Hadebe Administrative Excellence award!) It really does take a village.

Her career background spans teaching English abroad, training and supervising other foreign teachers, being a missionary, various administrative functions and even car sales.

Qualifications include a BTech in Management, TESOL level 4 UK accreditation, online Administrative certifications (LinkedIn learning), and is currently on a 10 week Radius course for building employee networks.

She is curious about life and where it can take her, always ready to share a word of encouragement with others, and encourages lifelong learning because it opens doors of opportunity .”
