Wildré Kok is the Office Manager at Stellenbosch University’s Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences, with over 14 years of experience as an executive Personal Assistant.

She spent a large part of her career supporting the Vice-Chancellor — the university’s equivalent of a CEO — a role that sharpened her skills in executive support, governance, and managing a high-paced office environment.

Wildré is passionate about collaboration and professional growth. In 2019, she founded the Stellenbosch University Professional Assistants Network to encourage knowledge-sharing and connection among peers.

She’s someone who believes you rise by lifting others and is known for her calm, practical approach. A natural problem-solver, Wildré thrives on structure, systems and creating simple, effective processes to help teams work smarter. And yes — she actually loves change!
